Equipment and Dye
One thing you may notice while playing Eden Eternal is that the look of your character doesn't change when you equip a new piece of armor. In Eden Eternal, you unlock cool-looking new outfits by leveling your class, not by gathering gear. This means that you never have to worry about looking like a mismatched noob again! You can customize your look with a snazzy costume, or a readily-available dye.
Dyes are a way of giving your armor the ultimate paint job, and can be used at any time. They can be found as monster drops or purchased from a dye merchant. Some are rarer than others, so it's up to you to find that perfect hue!
To use a dye, simply right-click on it in your inventory. This will open the dye window, where you can choose which piece of your armor you'd like to color. Some dyes will randomly dye your gear one of several colors, and other dyes will let you choose which color you'd like to use.
If you want to switch classes, no worries! When you return to this one, your custom color scheme will remain totally intact. This means you can create a custom look for each of your favorite classes!
