Keyboard and Mouse

You can control your character in Eden Eternal two ways: with your mouse or with your keyboard.

Keyboard Movement

A few common controls allow you to navigate with your keyboard, freeing up your mouse for other on-screen actions.

: Either of these keys will move your character forward

: Either of these keys will move your character backwards

: Either of these keys will turn your character left

: Either of these keys turn your character right

: Sprint to the left

: Sprint to the right

Mouse Movement

If you'd like to direct your character with your mouse, Eden Eternal uses the click-to-move system. Simply click anywhere on the ground and your character will walk to that spot. If you bring up the map (Hotkey: M) and click somewhere on it, your character will auto-route to that location.

Mouse Icons

As you perform various actions, your mouse pointer will transform into a variety of icons so you can easily see exactly what it is you're doing.

Icon	Action
	Move/Use: A click with this icon will make your character move to that location. You can also use it to navigate the UI.
	Fight: Clicking with this icon will make your character engage the target it combat!
	Use: When this icon appears, your character will use whatever item you've selected as your target.
	Cast Spell/Use Skill: A click with this icon will cast your current skill on a selected target.
	Repair: Clicking with this icon will repair whatever equipment you click on.
	Pick up: This icon means you can pick an item up off the ground.
	Chat: A click with this icon will talk to a selected NPC.
	Teleport: Clicking with this icon brings up the fast-travel map.
	Purchase: When this icon appears, you can buy whatever item you have selected.
	View: A click with this icon displays information on an item or tool.
